用法用量:
調整期（第一盒）：每日2顆，早上1顆、睡前1顆。

孕婦
懷孕第四個月起，依照一般成人食用方式。
直接食用或剝開膠囊溶入開水、牛奶、果汁，水溫勿超過45℃。

儲存建議:
理想儲存：2-8℃低溫避光冷藏。
室溫儲存：室溫25℃環境下，兩週內不影響益生菌之活性。
短時間出遊，離開冷藏時間不長，都可以安心攜帶使用。
保存期限：兩年。請於效期內服用完畢 。
